What is MapIntel Pro?
MapIntel Pro is a connected business-growth workspace for Windows business discovery, structured lead exports, a separately assignable Customer CRM and MapIntel WhatsApp Connect online/offline WhatsApp campaign sending.
Is MapIntel Pro a Google Maps lead generation tool?
The Windows application supports market discovery from public map-based listings using category-and-location queries. MapIntel Pro is independent and is not affiliated with Google.
Which business details can be collected?
Depending on what a listing publicly provides, records may include business name, address, telephone number, website, category, rating, review count and source link.
Does Explorer Trial include Customer CRM?
Yes. Explorer Trial includes MapIntel Discovery. Customer CRM is available when a CRM module seat is assigned to your account.
Does CRM activity use my export allowance?
No. Adding clients, notes, reminders or synchronizing CRM records does not reduce the daily market-intelligence export allowance.
Can I download CRM records as CSV?
Yes. Key CRM and other data views include a compact CSV control that downloads the current filtered or displayed dataset.
What is MapIntel WhatsApp Connect?
MapIntel WhatsApp Connect is a messaging workspace with Official Meta Method, Existing Number Method and Virtual Number Method. The Windows desktop also includes Smart Method, contacts and lists, templates, a unified inbox, synchronization and campaign reports.
Are Meta, Google and WhatsApp publishing live?
Official Meta Method uses the configured Meta business connection through MapIntel Cloud. Existing Number Method and Virtual Number Method use an eligible office MapIntel computer. This is separate from the CRM payment-reminder sender, which uses its own CRM-selected reminder journey.
How are uploaded customer lists protected?
Desktop WhatsApp Connect contact lists are stored in the dedicated WhatsApp workspace. Web sends transmit only the recipient and message information required for the selected authenticated WhatsApp operation; CRM and WhatsApp Connect datasets remain separate.
Are push notifications available to customers of my business?
Not yet. Current push delivery is restricted to MapIntel Pro administrator notices for signed-in users. A separate customer-owned website/app push platform is planned for the future.
Which devices are supported?
MapIntel Discovery, Direct Tally access and the managed WhatsApp Web reminder sender run in the Windows desktop application. The account workspace, CRM and MapIntel WhatsApp Connect work in supported browsers and installable PWA environments on common desktop and mobile platforms.
Can I use MapIntel Pro internationally?
The product supports category-and-location research and international account use, subject to listing availability, local laws, platform terms and communication rules.
Does MapIntel Pro send bulk messages automatically?
MapIntel has two separate journeys. CRM payment reminders can use the user's saved WhatsApp Web session for selected existing customers, while MapIntel WhatsApp Connect also provides Official Meta Method plus Existing Number and Virtual Number Methods. The chosen method, recipient state and campaign result determine which transport is used.
What does Unlimited mean?
Scale and Founders’ Perpetual editions display Unlimited instead of an artificial large number. It refers to the daily research export allowance defined for that plan.
