Who operates MapIntel Pro
MapIntel Pro is owned and operated by Stall Desk Pvt Ltd. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to support@trydataverse.com.
Information used to provide the service
We process account details such as name, email address, optional mobile number, country, time zone, plan, authentication records and session information to create accounts, secure access, apply plan limits and provide support.
Discovery data
Pending market discovery records may securely synchronize to MapIntel Pro cloud systems when the Windows application opens, before an export or while the application safely closes. This supports continuity, deduplication, reliability and service operation. Research-data synchronization is separate from customer export allowance accounting.
Customer CRM data
Client records, communication details, internal notes, activities, stages and follow-up dates entered in the Windows application, website or installed web app synchronize to the account workspace so authorized sessions can access the same information.
MapIntel WhatsApp Connect data
MapIntel WhatsApp Connect keeps desktop contact lists and method histories in its dedicated workspace. For Official Meta Method, a business authorizes its own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta. MapIntel may process the authorized WABA ID, business phone-number ID, display/verified business details, encrypted business access credential, approved template metadata, outbound message payloads, inbound customer messages and delivery/read/failure status webhooks needed to provide the service. The permanent Meta credential is encrypted in MapIntel cloud storage and is never a desktop connection setting. Existing Number and Virtual Number methods use their separately described desktop/provider workflows. CRM records and WhatsApp Connect contact lists remain separate product datasets.
Imported accounting and connected-source data
When an account holder explicitly authorizes an import, MapIntel Pro may process customer, invoice, due-date, Pay Terms, balance, currency and source-identification fields needed to create CRM records and payment reminders. Preview permission, final import authorization, source remembering and automatic synchronization are separate controls. Tally, database and API credentials saved by the Windows application are encrypted on that computer and are not included in server-side source metadata.
Payment reminders and WhatsApp
Payment reminders can be prepared for review or sent using an enabled WhatsApp Method. Existing Number Method uses a user-authorized WhatsApp Web session on the Windows computer. Official Meta Method uses the connected business's authorized WhatsApp Business Account through the MapIntel API. Reminder status, invoice references, scheduling state and delivery errors may be stored with the account so authorized sessions can show the workflow.
Signal Center
Push delivery in the current release is limited to MapIntel Pro service and administrator announcements for signed-in users who explicitly enable browser or installed-app notifications. We store the device push subscription required for that delivery. Permission can be disabled through the browser, operating system or account notification controls.
Device and offline storage
The Windows application and installed web app may keep a lightweight device-local cache to display recent records, remember preferences and safely queue changes while offline. Queued changes synchronize when connectivity returns.
Technical diagnostics and crash reporting
The signed-in Windows application records technical events and periodic health samples locally first so application failures, long-running resource pressure and abnormal shutdowns can be diagnosed. This may include application version, pseudonymous installation and session identifiers, machine and operating-system details, process and browser counts, memory, committed-memory and disk measurements, component and operation names, redacted exception messages and stack traces, discovery-engine exit/watchdog events, synchronization failures and relevant Windows reliability events available after restart. Credentials, authorization tokens, passwords, email addresses, phone numbers, discovery query text, customer records and lead rows are excluded or redacted before synchronization. The user can review health status, synchronize the queue and export a diagnostic ZIP from Help → System Health & Diagnostics. Uploaded metrics are normally retained for up to 90 days, informational and warning events for up to 180 days, and diagnostic sessions or higher-severity events for up to 365 days; local records are automatically reduced sooner according to upload state and age. Access is restricted to authenticated service and authorized administrative support functions.
Service providers and international processing
MapIntel Pro relies on infrastructure, hosting, authentication and delivery providers needed to operate the service. Information may be processed in locations where those providers operate. We use access controls and contractual or technical safeguards appropriate to the service relationship.
Retention and account choices
Information is retained while needed to provide the account, meet operational or legal requirements, resolve disputes and maintain security records. Account holders may update profile information, delete CRM records through available controls and contact support about account access or deletion requests.
How Official Meta data is used
Official Meta data is used only to provide, secure, troubleshoot and support the WhatsApp Business Platform features requested by the account holder. MapIntel does not sell Meta Platform Data or use a customer's WhatsApp message content to build advertising profiles. Access is limited to authenticated MapIntel users in the authorized organisation and restricted service administrators where support or security requires it.
Disconnecting and deleting Official Meta data
A business can remove its Official Meta connection from MapIntel WhatsApp Connect. Removing the connection deletes the stored cloud connection credential and stops future MapIntel API use for that WABA. Existing business records or message history are retained only as described by the service's retention rules unless the account holder requests their deletion. Complete Meta Platform Data deletion instructions are available at trydataverse.com/data-deletion.
Security
We use protected sessions, server-side authorization, device controls, encrypted network transport and restricted administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect credentials and report suspected account misuse promptly.
Children
MapIntel Pro is a business service and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product, infrastructure or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available on this page with its revision date.
