Service

MapIntel Pro provides software for business discovery, structured research exports, client organization, follow-up reminders and WhatsApp campaign sending. Some functions are delivered through the Windows application and others through the web or installed-app workspace.

Accounts and credentials

Users must provide accurate account information, protect passwords and one-time authentication details, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Account access may be limited or suspended to protect the service, other users or third parties.

Responsible research and communication

Users are responsible for using the software and any business information in accordance with applicable laws, privacy obligations, communication rules, contractual obligations and third-party platform terms. MapIntel Pro does not grant permission to send unsolicited messages or use information in a prohibited manner.

Business information

Public business listings can be incomplete, outdated, duplicated or unavailable. MapIntel Pro does not guarantee that a result contains every business, field or market participant. Users should verify information before relying on it for commercial, legal or financial decisions.

Third-party platforms

MapIntel Pro is an independent product owned and operated by Stall Desk Pvt Ltd and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or WhatsApp unless an approval or commercial relationship is expressly stated. Official Meta Method uses Meta's authorized WhatsApp Business Platform connection and remains subject to Meta/WhatsApp permissions, policies, availability and service changes.

MapIntel WhatsApp Connect

MapIntel WhatsApp Connect provides Official Meta Method, Existing Number Method and Virtual Number Method workflows, with Smart Method routing and campaign records on desktop. Official Meta Method connects only through the MapIntel API to a business's own authorized WhatsApp Business Account. Account holders remain responsible for lawful contact use, required notices/consent, opt-out handling, template/category rules, message content and platform policy compliance.

Plans and export allowances

Plan allowances are account-specific. Explorer Trial currently includes 50 daily exported business records. Daily allowances reset at 9:00 AM in the account time zone. Agency and Lifetime accounts display an Unlimited daily export allowance. Background synchronization of research records does not consume the customer export allowance.

CRM and reminders

The Customer CRM and reminders are productivity aids. Users remain responsible for reviewing their records, maintaining suitable backups or exports, enabling device permissions and completing required customer communications.

Connected sources and accounting imports

Users may connect files, Tally, databases, published resources or authorized APIs only when they have the right to access and process that data. Users control preview access, mapping, conflict behavior, source retention, synchronization and revocation. Users are responsible for verifying imported customer names, invoice references, pending balances, due dates and Pay Terms before enabling automatic reconciliation or communications.

Payment communications

Review and automatic reminder modes are optional productivity tools. The user remains responsible for the message content, timing, recipient consent, payment accuracy and compliance with WhatsApp rules and applicable communication laws. Opening a prepared message does not prove delivery or payment, and users should reconcile completed payments with their accounting records.

Sessions and devices

Desktop access uses named, per-module seats. One assigned user-module seat may hold one active module lease at a time, while different licensed modules may operate simultaneously on the same or different computers. A user may explicitly take over a module session from another computer without ending unrelated module sessions.

Official Meta authorization and business responsibility

When an account holder authorizes a WhatsApp Business Account, the account holder represents that it has authority to connect and use those WhatsApp business assets. MapIntel may exchange Meta authorization codes server-side, store the resulting credential encrypted, subscribe the authorized WABA to required webhooks, synchronize templates and submit messaging operations requested by authorized MapIntel users. Meta messaging fees and the business's Meta payment method remain separate from MapIntel subscription charges unless a written offer expressly states otherwise.

Fees and third-party charges

Subscription or lifetime charges cover the MapIntel Pro plan described at purchase. Meta messaging charges, virtual-number provider fees, SMS charges, email-delivery charges and other third-party costs are separate unless a written offer states otherwise.

Availability and changes

We may deploy updates, maintenance, security changes, feature improvements or reasonable service limits. We may change or discontinue a feature when required by technical, security, legal or third-party platform conditions.
